My daughter was put on probation for truancy and it's turned 18 is she able to be off probation because she turned 18

She would not come off probation solely because she turned 18. Probation terminates when the judge says it ends. Even as a truant and now she may no longer be forced into mandatory attendance, legally they can continue her probation because she was put on probation for it before she was 18. So this is still punishment for her prior conduct and does not just go away at 18 unless the court put in the order that it would.
