Customer Question

My ex and I have joint custody of our daughter, however she spends most of her time with my ex. As part of our court ordered custody agreement I see my daughter every Wednesday after work for 4 hours. Over the course of the orders being handed down (October, 2015) there have been three instances where I have not picked her up. The first she was sick and the second 2 inclement weather made it unsafe (my daughter was 3 at the time, just turned 4). My ex has refused to allow me to make up those 3 days. Is this within the law?

Does your order allow for make up visitation if some are missed?
