He would need to file a motion with the court...has his lawyer done this yet?
ThanksOne more question please...is law enforcement involved? That is, mom has alleged a crime...is law enforcement investigating?
Thank youThe lawyer can file a motion with the court to lift the EPO. If you can prove that she is lying, the court has the power to lift this order. And, frankly, her continued attempts to contact him can be used by his lawyer to help prove she was lying to get the EPO in the first place.
Now...you mention he has a lawyer...that is good. His lawyer is the one who needs to initiate this. So he can request to his lawyer to file a motion (a motion is a formal request to the court) to have the EPO removed. Please let me know if you have more questions. I am happy to help if I can.
