Depending on what type of relief you're looking for, I would encourage you to file a motion either for change of custody or other relief you may be seeking (preventing certain people from having access to your children, preventing them from living in the home - if they do, etc.). You can do this with the aid of an attorney or pro se (n your own). The court can assist you by providing you with a packet of material which will contain motion paperwork, which walks you through how you complete a motion, file it with the court and serve it on the other side. You may simultaneously wish to contact CPS to make them aware of the situation. I always encourage patients to work on multiple fronts to get the relief they're looking for.
