Customer Question

With my previous question, do I stand a chance for joint custody if they stay in AZ rather than come here to CO? Would I have to pay her alimony since she doesnt want to work and can not hold a job because of attendance? I am tired of being punished with having to pay all her fines and class fees from her legal issues as well as everything else.
