Customer Question

My daughter & I are on the same car loan. I would like to be taken off and have her refinance the balance of the car in her name only. She has recently moved from our home because she has been caught driving drunk (by us not the police). She has always paid her payment on time & she pays for own insurance. Since she has left our home I am worried that with her recent drinking issues she could fall past due on payment and insurance. Can I take the care from her since I am on the loan? I know that is extreme however I am worried about liability should she have an accident or fail to pay.

Are both names on the title of the car?
