Customer Question

As you can tell from my inquiry, my ex has managed to disrupt my visitation by almost doubling the amount of miles that my sons are located from me. I have missed games and other things, because of work and not being able to completely cut my hours to be there with them. Effective January 1st there are going to be some changes, what I have heard is that the one that has "disrupted the visitation" has to locate the children within 25 miles of the other parent. What is the deal with this? How would this be implemented if he refuses to move out of his girlfriends house?
