Good morning. Was the trip planned during that parents time with the child or did it conflict and overlap with the other parents time? Is there anything in writing, via court order, which would allow this and the other parent is simply objecting?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It does overlap. The dad has him Monday and Tuesday and every other long weekend (Fri - Sun). The mom has him Wed. and Thurs and the alternate weekends. The dad's parents proposed this trip for their entire family for an early Christmas present - a cruise to the Bahamas. The mom said he could go (there is a record of this in text form) so the child cruise and flight were paid for. Now less than a week before we leave she say he can't. The Mom did put a stipulation on her agreement that she would like make up days. And both parties agreed on that.

So she agreed to the trip and they reduced this to writing , allowing her make up days?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She changed her mind again. So I guess this is a moot discussion. Thank you for your time.

I am sorry you have to deal with this
