Hello, I am happy to assist you today.

The grandparents don't get automatic visitation rights under the law. What is possible though is to get the court or child services to allow the grandparents to visit. You have to make a special request for this. It is very beneficial for them to see their grandparents so I can't imagine why they would not allow this. The grandparents also have the right to apply for custody, and if that isn't possible, to try to adopt them so they can come back to live with them.

Take care,
