My daughter is married to a soldier who just retired from

Customer Question

My daughter is married to a soldier who just retired from the Army at Ft. Leonard Wood. She has a i-year old baby with a boyfriend who is currently in jail awaiting sentencing for 6 DUI's. My daughter is a full-blown alcoholic and is currently living with her husband in Rolla. Question: Can my son-in-law commit my daughter to a state rehab program? Can my husband and I take care of this baby until she gets out - we live in Idaho - or will he have to go into the foster care system?
