parties never married. Child born to a mother who is S.M.I. (seriously mentally ill).Fathers famaily came to see daughter from Israel, Tucson etc. . Father refused to acknowledge not wanting to pay child support or any expenses. DES brought action, DNA test verified, C.O. granted. After 7 appearances and child approx. 18 months, father militantly refused to bring in any discovery as ordered, 3rd appearance w no discovery, A.A.G., has mother agree to facts known to be fraudulent presented by Father. No assets, no income, poor health, etc. se;f employed. Mother signs off contigent to Commissioner review. $ more appearances, and 8 minutes before another hearing, father shows and presents fictitious figures, unable for any review. and seeks to get initial fraudulent agreement at minimum wage for income further reduced.Commissioner unimpressed and states believes trying to perpertrate fraud and wishes continuous. Mother states support not needed, will go to work within 45 days and continue without c.s. A.A
