good afternoon my question is i'm 75 year old and been payine Alimony now going on three years at 3,000 per month, i was told i had to pay this until she got SS when she become 65 years old that will 2017 than i had to pay 1,500 until she or i die i found out she been getting SS at 900 4 pre month for the last two years

If she is already getting some social security payments, then your payments should at least be lowered. You need to file a motion with the court to lower your alimony payments. That can only happen through the court. You will need to provide proof that she is getting social security payments.
