I have requested a motion to opt out of Friend of the Court

Customer Question

Hello. I have requested a motion to opt out of Friend of the Court services. I received an "ORDER EXEMPTING CASE FROM FRIEND OF THE COURT SERVICES", which is signed by both the judge and the Friend of the Court on April 29, 2015. The court is having me meet with the Friend of the Court on August 27, 2015 to review the proposed Judgment of Divorce to make sure it meets with the court's approval, before the final hearing which is scheduled for September 8, 2015. I would like to update the Judgment of Divorce to reflect this change, as well as ensure that all the information is correct and complete on the Judgment of Divorce. Thank you. Bill XXXXXX

Thank you for your reply. Because you are unable to discuss my concern over the phone due to law restrictions, I am going to check with a local attorney regarding my questions on the forms. I will let you know if I get this matter resolved. Thank you for your understanding. Bill
