Customer Question

I am getting a divorce from my wife. We filed jointly with all our 1040. I have been unable to find a job but I have a tax lien of $49,000. We have been separated since February 1, 2015. Can I take the tax lien with me with no obligation to my wife? I want her and my two sons to leave with no tax lien. Is this possible?
