Customer Question

Sir, We spoke yesterday concerning about my mothers estate. I have since found a will but have a question, My mother named me and my brother as executors of her estate but me as the trustee. What does this mean and am I considered lead executor

Hello and thanks for your new question! No, you will be co-executors, meaning you both will be charged with administration and distribution of the court case and the assets. If you were named a trustee, it means there was likely some sort of trust which you are charged with the management of. I hope this helps! If you valued my time, I'd love a positive review. I'll be happy to follow up until you're completely satisfied.Michael
