My husband is refianacing his house and says I have to be there

Customer Question

My husband is refianacing his house and says I have to be there to sign documents. If I don't own the house how can this be? I don't know what I am signing as i have not been allowed to be envolved in the process.

When you say "his house" are you living in it?
Has he placed your name on the Deed?
Have you filed joint income tax returns?
