HelloThank youThen I suggest the followingYou can file in the Superior Court in the county where you live.Once you file, you will need to have her served. I suggest you let your county sheriff contact the county sheriff where she lives and let them do your service. There is a minimum fee.Once that is done she can respond or not. If she does not respond you will file for a hearing to dissolve by default of her not responding. Here is a link where you can get the packet of documents to file OR you can go to the clerk of the court and request the packet.

She will have 30 days to respond.
