I am in the middle what should be an uncontested divorce. However, my spouse submitted a letter to my lawyer, accusing me of several false allegations and requesting such things as my medical records and joint tax return information. What in the world would this be for? And to make our uncontested divorce go through smoothly, should I actually try to provide this silly information?
