So do list items 1-4 for the grounds for divorce??
Customer reply replied 3 years ago
(Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.
Family Lawyer: Samuel II, Attorney at Law replied 3 years ago
HelloI can continue here. I do not participate in the phone call program offered on this website. I am not sure what you mean the grounds for divorce? I understood it that you both agree to the divorce and so there are no grounds, other than living separate and apart for a year and then filing. And in the meantime, your Marital Separation Agreement will disclose and resolve issues such as alimony, child custody if needed, who lives in the marital home at this time, etc. But you requested the General Release language for the MSA and that is what I provided.

This is a separation divorce question. I live in Sc and was married for 21 years. I am disabled now but worked the first 16 years of the marriage. As soon as I can't work and had to fight for my disability, my husband did not vlike being the sole provider. He worked off and on the five years I could not.. We were in another bankruptcy, so all he had to pay was utilities and food. He could not handle that! He is a narcissist, alcoholic, an emotional and verbal abuser, porn aditic. He had a physical affair with an ex friend of mine in 2014 and most recently prior to me being able to leave he was signing up for single sites, talking to women on hook up sites trying to set one up. Yet, I'm forced to wait a year to file for divorce? He should be forced to have to give me alamony every month since I am disabled and will never work again and he's and able bodied man. … read more
