Yes. Ohio divorce law allows you to obtain a divorce if you have lived separate and apart for one year.

Ohio Revised Code § 3105.01(J) states as follows:

The court of common pleas may grant divorces for the following causes:

(J) On the application of either party, when husband and wife have, without interruption for one year, lived separate and apart without cohabitation.

So, you do not have to obtain the signature of the other spouse. But you would have to commence a divorce proceeding in the Ohio Courts.
