On the origianl filing for divorce my ex was the Petitioner

Resolved Question:

On the origianl filing for divorce my ex was the Petitioner and I was the Respondent. Should all subsequent filings has us identified as such or would I become the Petitioner on any subsequent motions that I file against her?

Dear JACUSTOMER - You will always be the Respondent and your ex will be the Petitioner. It would be too confusing to switch back and forth every time someone files a motion.
