California - curious if my ex-spouse will get any portion of my retirement. According to one document I read, it said TSP & retirement must be spelled out in divorce agreement at time of final decree. We were married over 10 years. She got remarried and divorced already as well as two affairs in our marriage. Nothing is in my decree about the retirement. OPM says it has to spelled out specifically.
