Yes. Abandonment is grounds for divorce in Pennsylvania, but it must last for at least one year. Abanodnment is sufficient under the statute if a spouse "committed willful and malicious desertion, and absence from the habitation of the injured and innocent spouse, without a reasonable cause, for the period of one or more years." 24 PA Cons. Stat. 3301. Other fault grounds include adultery, cruel and barbarous treatment (including abuse), entering int a bigamous marriage, imprisonment, and intolerable indignities.
