Can a person or persons be held liable in the state of florida for knowingly harboring a medically dependent wife by assisting and secretly housing the wife from a loving and caring husband and assisting in alienating her from the marriage knowing full well the mentally and physically instability of the individual and depriving the husband of proper care for his loved one

Unless the wife is declared mentally incompetent she is presumed to be capable of handling her own life decisions. So, the short answer is no, you have not described facts for which a claim could be made unless the wife was being held against her will.
