spouse tried to get me into trouble by planing some thing with friends, This was going on for couple of years,they used chatting online to do this and my fortune is i happened to see the chat because my spouse forgot to close the window in computer, now i am going to divorce and is there a way to get the chat(s) or emails(s) used atleast the date I requested for?That way it will help me in big way to say i am dragged into this situation.atleast i can say i am innocent of all allegations that are made on me.

The only way to obtain the chat information from the website host is to obtain something called a Subpoena Ducus Tecum from a judge and serve it upon the webhost provider. These subpoenas require the chat log information to be served upon the court.
