this a 2 part question [1] i divorced in 1999 , i agreed to provide health insurance to my ex wife . she has since remarried & divorced , am i still bound to that agreement ? i feel once she remarried that part of the agreement is void . [2] i have 2 children that are 18 & 19 yrs old attending jr. collage , am i required to still provide health insurance . health insurance is blue cross of idaho . i could not get an answer to wheather or not i can even put ex on the insurance if not a legal spouse .

I need the sections of the order dealing with your two questions. The only way to answer it is to look at the language addressing those two issues.

husband shall maintain the minor children and has further agreed to maintain wife [kathy davis] on his employers medical & dental insurance plan . and shall pay all their medical and dental expenses as addition child support , husband shall be consulted before any medical or dental expenses are incurred other than normal periodic examinations and treatments or in case of medical or dental emergency . this 2nd paragraph of child support agreement which states that i will pay until 18 yrs of age .

That language would require you to maintain health insurance on your wife whether she remarried or not. If there is another section that only requires you to pay health insurance on the children until they reach 18 then that is when it would stop.
