Customer Question

My daughter's 10 months old, and her father and I are in the middle of a divorce. There have been no set child visitations and her father hasn't come in over a month. When he comes again can I limit the amount of time he spends with her? She's got major seperation anxiety and I don't want her scared to death.

Yes you can since there is no order you can limit his visitation or not allow it at all.
