The child is not requried to provide a written copy of their goals. Upon request they are required to all academic records and grades. The child should be attending full time and maintaining passing grades. Failure to do so would be a reason to file for a modification of the child support order. The judge is the one that determines whehter they are actively pursuing a course of study based on the facts of the individual case.
