Thanks for the chance to assist. Can you tell me please, how long during your marriage did he work for the union? How long ago did he retire?

He was self employed for 4 years, He died at 59 and was fully vested. He was in the carpenters union for 32 years. The last 8 years he was re- married and she is drawing the whole pension.

Is the divorce final? If not what stage of the divorce are you in?

If the divorce is final, can you tell me was his pension mentioned in the property settlement section of the final divorce decree? If not, why not?
