Resolved Question:

In Louisiana can a 17 year old live where they choose to even if they have not been emanicipated? Is there such a thing that if they run away a certain amount of times that law enforcement will bring them back just those few times and let it be known that they can't keep bringing 17 year old back and force them to stay there by a law because they are 17 years old?

Please explain what is going on here. Thanks!

Is there a law that can force 17 year old to live with parents or legal gaurdians if they are still in high school or in any case of 17 year olds being forced or getting into law trouble for wanting to live where they choose to or want to.

Yes, certainly. They have not reached the age of majority and are not yet emancipated - therefore, the court can mandate where and with whom they will live.
