VerifiedA forensic report is only one factor the Judge uses to make a final decision as to custody. You need to have your lawyer explain the outside factors specifically the he believe can harm you position because its been my experience that when a lawyer wants you to settle eventhough there is a good forensic its because the lawyer generally knows the Judge is viewing some other factors that will definately harm you chances if you proceed to trial.
