I am a college student, i have a child with another college

Resolved Question:

I am a college student, i have a child with another college student who is now living with her mother and raising the child while going to school. I have had a recent arrest for possession of marijuana, how will this affect my visitation rights as we move forward to go to court.

Drug possession arrest can affect your visitation rights if the mother raises the issue. You may have to submit to random drug testing and/or counseling. Your visitation with the child may also be supervised if the court believes you are still using drugs at this point.
