I decided to go to hearing but if petition is about daughters

I decided to go to hearing but if petition is about daughter's behavior and brother unable to control and I signed over guardianship. What am I pleaing to. Why am Iin default if I don't show up?

Thanks for your question. You may be obligated to pay support if guardianship to sister here. Sister responsible for her care and upbringing. And liable for truancy, etc. The sister would be able to enroll in school and maybe make medical decisions, etc.

She would take over your parental duties, responsibilities for the most part here. The guardianship order defines the rights etc that the guardian would have over the child. I wish you good luck in the matter..
