While I agree that there is bulging but many times this can be without any reason.
With no other symptoms, it is likely without any cause.
Still, you may get the following done for the evaluation;
1) MRI of the brain and orbit.
2) Thyroid function tests and thyroid antibodies.
3) Autoimmune panel
4) Peripheral blood film.
Meanwhile, you may avoid smoking, if you do.
