VerifiedGreat question my friend, so travroprost can cause irritation of the cornea cause swelling of the cornea it can definitely change the color of the iris I've seen that numerous times. But I've never heard it specifically causing any long term damage to the eye usually all the side effects of it or completely reversible overtime.
