- were the eye pressures, eye examination and MRI normal?
- is the blurring of vision constant?
- any other symptoms - grittiness or dryness in eyes, itching, redness, etc?
- are you on any other medication?

Your concern is quite correct,
Again, I would recommend you to check your blood pressure, decrease the use of digital screens, continue applying cold compresses, use frequent lubricating eye drops and maintain good hydration.
If symptoms still persist or do not improve in the next few days, then you might need to get re-evaluated by your doctor :)
