My husband was dizzy yesterday and his eyes locked to the side away from where he was trying to look. Is this a concern?
JA: When was the last time you had your eyes checked? In general, how has your vision been lately?

This may be indicative of transient ischemic attack (TIA). Fuzzy vision and than dizziness and abnormal eye movement warrant following;

1) CT scan or MRI of brain.

2) Colored doppler study of the neck arteries (carotid arteries) to see the blood flow to brain.
