Doctor's Assistant: Have you experienced any changes or blurriness in your vision? Eye pain? Are your eyes dry or bloodshot?

No eye pain. I feel like I'm looking through a prism through a koldiscope

Doctor's Assistant: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?

It isn't painful and no I don't have bloodshot eyes
