Since how long have you been experiencing fatigue and headaches?

Is there an increasing trend?

When was your last medical examination?

Any tests done recently?

How frequently do you get your BP checked?

It would be very difficult to comment on the exact cause of your symptoms without a detailed medical examination, however here is what we need to look at,

1. A detailed neurological examination is needed

2. Possibly you may need neuroimaging to rule out a serious cause of the episodic headaches, this would depend on the detailed neuro examination

3. I would also suggest a complete blood profile including CBC, ESR, and tests for nutritional deficiencies like Vit D, Vit B complex, Folate levels and Iron studies,

Hope this helps,

Warm regards
