Thanks for all these additional information.
I understand your concern.

Well as you describe, possibly it's inner ear infection and eustachian tube dysfunction due to persistent sinus infection or allergy/Ear wax that can cause ringing in ears, clogged ears, headache, stuffy nose, dry eyes, dizziness.

Other possible cause may include Cervical spondylosis resulting in dizziness, headache, neck and shoulder stiffness.

You need to be seen by ENT specialist for a clinical examination rather than consider wait and watch approach.
Your symptoms'll not improve without getting proper treatment.
You shouldn't ignore your symptoms.

You should try some self care measures like
Do steam inhalation and saline gargles.
Try OTC Otrivin nasal drops.
You should elevate head while sleeping.
Also take OTC Motrin and Claritin.
Start a multivitamin supplement.
Try OTC Meclizine.

Do gentle massage with muscle relaxant ointment and warm compresses with a heating pad on back of neck and shoulders.

Physical therapy, neck stretching and strengthening exercises can be helpful.

Also try OTC systane eye drops.

Blood pressure should be monitored also.
