I think that you need to be seen tight away >> go to ER
Your history sounds potentially concerning for a sinus infection which may have caused an abscess pushing the eye forward ...
I have seen a patient with such a ruptured sinus infection that pushe from behind the eye ..
If THAT should be the cause then that would be an emergency !!
An ENT may need to evaluate with a sinus CT / head CT and if and abscess behind the eye then you may need surgery now and IV antibiotics
It is possible that some other condition may be causing your symptoms but your history sounds very concerning to me ( as I picture the above scenario )
Get evaluation without delay is the bot***** *****ne !!
