I have just realized that I used the clearcare solution

Customer Question

I have just realized that I used the clearcare solution incorrectly.
I didn't know that the lenses were supposed to go IN the basket? Instead, I just kind of placed them on the outside of each side and stuck it into the solution. It's possible they're just floating around freely in the solution now.
Can I still take them out and use them after 6 hours? Or should I go in there right now (it's been around 2 hours) and redo it for use tomorrow morning?

Thank you for the reply. Kindly wait for a few minutes while I type my response. Thank you

The process of disinfection and cleaning would continue even if the lenses are freely floating outside the basket. However you need to be careful while getting tne lenses out since they are outside the basket. Rinse with sterile saline or Clear care rinse and go before putting them on.

Thank you and best wishes
