Customer Question

My grand daughter has had a problem with her eyes from birth. One specialist said she was born with a condition normally associated with elderly people. Another specialist said that wasn't the case but didn't know the reason. When she was five years old she had an operation to lift the eyelids as they were droopy. Her eyesight is poor. She is now 21 years old and still there are no answers. Can you recommend a specialist. I have been informed that London has some of the best. We just need answers. Thank you.

Thanks for coming to just answer.

What is the name of the condition?

Given this information, and if you actually are looking at London, I would call the London Eye Hospital.

They have a very broad range of assessment and services.

If they don't cover her condition, they will be able to refer you.

I don't feel as though I have been given any more information that I did not already have. I expected to be given at least some information as to what may be the cause of the problem. Disappointed.
