I'm Dr Chaithanya attending you

This can be a heat exhaustion

Bp and pulse is little higher, but not dangerously high

You can monitor his vitals every hours

Wake him up and give a sports drink or any electrolyte rich drink

Give him cool fruit juices and let him be under fan/air conditioner

If he recovers, wakes up, talks and moves around with normal vitals, that is fine or you have to move him to ER if the situation worsens.
