Ask an Eye Doctor and Get an Answer ASAP
This is Dr. Bonilla, experienced in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care.
I understand your concerns. An eye exam can not determine that you used any drugs. The only way to determine you used a drug is a urine test. Drugs can cause pupil dilatation or constriction. However many other things and conditions can cause the same effects. Let me know if you have any other questions.

As an eye Surgeon I can assure you that, just like Dr. Bonilla stated, the eye MD will not be able to tell on exam that you did those drugs.
