I am having some issues with glare and starbursts at night

Customer Question

hi, i am having some issues with glare and starbursts at night and i have had it the past and changing my contacts to a new brand fixed it and was wondering if i should be worried.

Hi.

If the change fixed it I would not be worried.

However, this assumes you have up to date eye exams.

You must be checked for glaucoma, retinal detachment, a change in prescription needs, etc.

It sounds like it was a contact issue.

If it recurs, then be more concerned.

If this has not been checked , have it checked.

it happened years ago and was fixed with new lenses. my eyes are feeling dry.
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 1 year ago.

OK

So not an emergency.

Dry eyes can be serious if not addressed.

Arrange and appointment with an eye doctor.
