Did it have erythromycin eye ointment as prophylaxis? If not, it could be gonococcal eye infection. Another possibility is Chlamydia trachomatis, CMV, adenovirus, or Herpes. You should take it to an eye doctor to have exam and a test. If it is gonococcal infection, it should have erythromycin eye ointment. If it is Chlamydia infection, povidone-iodines should be used.
