Intermittent burning sensations on top of scalp; pressure

Customer Question

Intermittent burning sensations on top of scalp; pressure sensations at side of head; intermittent outbursts of stabbing pain in sides of head, top of scalp, and forehead. Sometimes goes to cheeks. Occasional trembling on the top front right side of head.
Have had neurological tests (reflexes, retinas, balance, weakness, facial sensation) and wn optician look behind the eye; no sign of a problem. Blood pressure is normal. Am very stressed and anxious and have sinus problems though (allergies and congestion). Amoxicilin seems to help. Paracetemol does too. Could it all be a combo of sinus issues and stress?
