I to have a question. My tongue is salt sensitive and sometimes if not often i get headache's. What is it caused from?

Customer: Ok . when i eat something with salt it's like it's more than what there is . My tongue don't burn or anything it just taste more salt than usual. And like when i lay on my back i start to get a headache. Or there's times my left side of my head hurts but my right eye hurts. Sometimes both. And also there's times if not often i feel over heated and if i get really hot i can see red big dots on both my hands . what is the cause of all this.
