Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Black eye and face is due to the rupture of the superficial blood vessels.

The blood may collect down from the scalp as well.

If you do not have any vision problem, then this is not urgent.

Also if you do not have any dizziness, headache, do not worry.

Continue applying ice meanwhile.

Please do see your doctor by tomorrow.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
